Your Plan
You will need to take a little time to think about what you want
to accomplish with your web site. Also, decide if you will need
special interactivity with your visitors. Be sure to consider
the type of design style that appeals to you and be sure to let
communicate that style to your web site developer (I'm sure it will be us!).

Design
Using the information you provided when requesting your
web site design quote, we will work
to determine your needs, what your expectations are for your
web site, and we try to get a good understanding of your industry.
It is very important for you to be as detailed as possible when
requesting your quote.
Questions
We may ask you questions to help clarify various aspects and we
will express those concerns before providing a quote to build your website.
Quote
After we have had an opportunity to review your requirements and
we are confident we can deliver what you require, we will quote
you on your project.
Contract
After we have agreed on the details of your website project,
including estimated time to complete ad price, we will prepare
a website development contract for you to review, sign and return
along with your deposit.
Contract Execution
The signed contract and 50% deposit is required before we schedule
a time slot for your project. The remainder of your balance will
be due when the project is completed. After we have received
your 50% deposit and signed contract, we will give you a
copy of the fully executed contract along with a receipt for
your deposit and your project start date. All projects are
scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis.
Domain Registration
Upon request, we will immediately secure your desired domain name
(pending availability) and include the first 2 years of domain
registration service. The domain is registered and will be transferred
to your name with your information after complete payment is received for the project.
At that point, you will be the only registrant contact on file and will have full control
of your domain.
Web Hosting
If you require hosting services, we will be happy to provide that service.
Our hosting services are reliable, cost competitive, and we provide excellent support.
If you would prefer someone else, we would be happy to recommend a reputable
Web hosting service.
Development
Coding
In accordance with your contract, and the final design template
you selected, we will create as many web pages as needed to
complete your website.
Site Map
We will create a site map page that includes easy one-click access
to all pages of your site.
Logo
We will incorporate your logo, photos and text content into your website.
To minimize your cost, we do not provide custom graphic services.
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
CSS will be used to define font faces,
styles, sizes and colors for consistency throughout your website.
Favicon
A favicon (short for 'favorites icon'), also known as a website icon,
page icon or urlicon, is an icon associated with a particular website or
webpage. Creation of a favicon is included in all website development projects.
Contact Form
We recommend a contact form for your visitor’s convenience.
Using a contact form, a visitor can email you directly from
your website without needing to use their email program.
This is convenient if a visitor is not using their own computer
or if their email program is not available.
Review
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
SEO is how your website will be ranked by search engines.
This is where we work with you to generate a list of keywords
and description that best identifies your website. This information
will be incorporated into Meta Tags & Title of your website.
Browser Compatibility
Your website is tested on browsers to insure proper display
and functionality.
Spell Check & Grammar Verification
Before the website can be considered complete, we will run a
spell check on your site. Because each site is unique and
communicates a unique message, we rely on you to verify the
appropriate grammar for your website.
Dead Links
A complete inspection of misdirected links and missing files
is performed before we turn a website over to our customers.
Customer Approval
The website is presented for final customer approval. Final minor
adjustments may be request at this point.
Finalization
Final Payment
Final payment is due before we take the website live on your
domain. After we receive final payment, you will be emailed a
final/paid in full receipt.
Website Launch
All required files and scripts will be copied to your domain.
Final Testing
After the website goes live, any interactive programming and
scripts are tested to verify correct functionality. The
design and testing phase often occurs in a different environment.
Because of this, it is very important to verify that everything
is working correctly after the website is operational.
Website Source Code
After website launch and testing of the website is complete,
we will e-mail you the complete source code listing used to
produce your website. It will be emailed as a zipped archive
of all website files.
Search Engine Submission
After the site is active and all issues have been resolved,
search engine submission will occur.
